As a ship carpenter you are responsible for manufacturing, installing and finishing various wooden structures on board ships. You work on both new construction projects and renovation and repair work.
What are we looking for?
Experience as a ship carpenter is a requirement - Demonstrable professional training in the direction of a ship carpenter or furniture maker - Technical insight and dexterity with various woodworking techniques - Accurate and an eye for detail - Possession of a driving license B is an advantage

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction plans - Manufacturing and installing wooden interiors, furniture and other constructions on board ships - Carefully finishing woodwork, such as sanding, lacquering and staining - Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals on the shipyard - Checking the quality of the work delivered and complying with the applicable safety regulations
