As a laminator you are responsible for laminating various materials, including fiberglass, carbon and resin, to produce high-quality composite products. You ensure an accurate and high-quality execution of the laminating process, with an eye for detail and finish.
What are we looking for?
Experience as a laminator, preferably in the composite industry - Knowledge of different laminating techniques and materials - Accurate and an eye for detail - Ability to work independently but also a team player - Good technical skills and insight into production processes - Flexible attitude and willingness to work overtime if necessary - Possession of a valid VCA certificate is an advantage

Preparing the materials for the laminating process - Applying and distributing resin and fibers on the mold - Checking and adjusting the laminating process for optimal quality - Carrying out quality checks on the composite material produced - Maintenance and cleaning of laminating equipment and tools Compliance with the applicable safety regulations and procedures
